I bought this as part of the 3 book series, the others are 'cook' and 'bake' which are much better. This book looks at the the physical items that one has in their Kitchen and then has receipes which requires you to use the utensil eg a wok. I can't fault any of the receipes tho i'm a big fan of all the cookbooks by the Australian Woman's Weekly.
